How long does it take to complete a website project?
We can finish a standard website within 48 hours. This timeline varies depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
How do I track my project status and requirement?
You have accessed to GIT style logging or Video logging of every mouse/keyword actions from our developers. You can watch their screen while they are typing your website.
What format is required for website change requests?
Our standard format requires screenshots with annotations explaining what it looks like before the change and what it should look like after the change. You can use screenshots or prototyping tools. Kooboo has many tools you can use.
Can I preview the website under development?
Of course! Once the development starts, the developers will provide you with a preview URL and a password. This will allow you to view the website under development at any time. The programmers work in the cloud, so as they write the code, you can continuously check the development logs or preview the website.
What is the Google Lighthouse score?
This is a website scoring standard provided by Google, available on every Chrome browser. It can generate a report for your website and is used in the industry to evaluate the quality of a website. How to launch a website
After the website is developed, the developers will ask you to provide the authorization code for the online server where you want to deploy the site. This server can be provided by us, or it can be your own. Once you provide the authorization code, the developers can help you deploy the website. You can finish this by one click!
How to bind a domain name
You can bind a domain name in the backend. It can be a domain name registered elsewhere or one registered through us. If it's registered through us, all configurations will be automatically completed. For domains registered with other providers, you can use our provided DNS servers, which may also automatically complete all configurations. Otherwise, you will need to manually create the relevant A or CNAME records.
SSL Certificates
SSL is provided free of charge by the system, no action required. Simply access your website using https://. The first visit may require a wait for the certificate to be generated.
Can the website be deployed on our private server after completion?
Yes, it can be. However, you will need to maintain the server updates yourself. Currently, during the promotional period, our server version is provided for free. In the future, there might be licensing fees. The Kooboo software, which runs on both Windows and Mac systems, is free for life.
Can I see the website source code?
Yes, it's your website, so you can view all the source code and export the website to transfer it elsewhere or create backups. With knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, you can modify any part of the website.
